This committee has made it its mission to develop ideas and impulses for the content-related and organi-zational direction of the future and to continue to prepare the next generation. The Committee is headed by August Moderer and currently comprises eight active participants from various member venues. The response from the first meeting in Mainz on the 24th April 2012 was very positive, the participants were very committed and many interesting topics were discussed. The ideas and suggestions that are developed during these meetings serve to develop recommendations, which are then presented to the Board for further discussion.
