For the first time the Messe Berlin organized, in close cooperation with the Association of German event organizers, the MICE DAY as part of the ITB Business Travel Days. For a whole day exciting MICE issues were addressed in the professional workshops.
The lecture topics were broad and gave, among other things, insights into the body language at international meetings, what to consider when selecting an event agency, how to measure the success of an event and how the event world will change virtually in the near future.
With a total of 658 participants the MICE DAY was a resounding success, proving once again that continuing education is a high priority.
