The German Artists' Social Welfare Fund now offers all companies who are subject to contributions to generate and, if necessary, to forward their KSVG-conform declarations via the website at www.kuenstlersozialkasse.de. The link to the online declaration along with electronic forms and detailed explanations can be found on the homepage under “News”. The method can be used both for the initial social security registration and for the annual reporting of the contributions.
All companies subject to contributions should therefore already utilize the electronic forms for the declaration of the charges for 2009, due latest by 31st March 2010. The procedure offers significant advantages due to help functions, plausibility checks, electronic storage and forwarding possibilities and the confirmation of transmission.
