Organizing the tour of a superstar, planning a conference including the catering or attracting as many visitors as possible to a trade fair: The tasks are as varied as the requirements for the next generation of the event industry. The “organizers of tomorrow” not only prepare for these tasks in their companies and in their vocational schools but also at the forum VIA Münster. On 20th and 21st September, the Congress by apprentices for apprentices is taking place for the seventh time in the Messe und Congress Centrum Hall Münsterland.

“We attach great importance to the practical relevance of the lectures”, says Sarah Haller, prospective event manager and Forum VIA project manager. This applies to all occupational groups that are active in the event area: 600 trainees from all over Germany are expected, salesmen, engineers, hoteliers, gastronomists and cooks are all target groups.
