The mounting and fixing specialists Würth and the Hallenstadion Zurich became strategic partners in January 2012. About 150 large-scale events take place in the Hallenstadion in Zurich every year. Whether rock concerts, ice-hockey games or opera, whether general meetings, congresses or conferences; the multifunctional arena with a maximum capacity of 13,000 visitors is extremely adaptable and leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its modern infrastructure.

For the craftsmen and employees of facility maintenance Würth has now set up a customized workshop with integrated storage and picking systems in the Hallenstadion Zurich.

Hand tools and machinery, chemical and technical products as well as small parts for mounting and installation - everything is stored and clearly arranged. Würth makes sure that nothing is missing for the craftsmen-crew. Not today and not tomorrow. Kurt Meier, Managing Director of Würth AG: “We have not only set up and equipped this workshop but will also maintain and manage it. This way, we take a lot of work off the Hallenstadion craftsmen’s hands so that they can focus on their core tasks”.

Amaze guests as a strategic partner

In the workshop, it’s not all work but there are also times for celebration. At regular intervals, it is turned into a kind of backstage lounge, which offers the Würth AG a very authentic framework to amaze invited guests.
