HOCHTIEF, as a sponsoring partner of RUHR.2010 GmbH, has taken over the Technical management of the Cultural Capital of Europe RUHR.2010: Employees of the Essen-based enterprise will give free technical support for a variety of events in the metropolitan area.

The event technicians of HOCHTIEF Facility Management have already begun work for the RUHR.2010 GmbH and will continue until the end of 2010. During this period they are responsible for the technical planning of events, act as contacts persons for artists and organizers as well as contributing with their expertise to the realization of major projects – for example the opening ceremony on 9th January at the Tariff union and the campaign “Still-Life Ruhr-schnellweg” on 18th July on the A40 motorway.
