The event and convention center Siegerland-Hall has, two years after the modernization and expansion, made up an extremely positive balance. 2008 had already been recorded as the fiscal year with the highest sales in the history of the Siegerland-Hall, thus the past year 2009 can also be considered as successful.
The multi-functional orientation has been proven beyond question. Thus, in all four priority sectors (entertainment, conventions, trade fair, and events) quantitative and qualitative gains have been recorded. Thanks to the spatial, technical and logistical modernization and expansion, competitiveness on the market nationwide event has been won back.
Fortunately, the outlook for 2010 confirms this trend. Upcoming highlights such as the national congress of the FDP-NRW, the engineering supplier trade fair, the dance European championships for professionals or Reamon’s concert are examples of the diversity of the event range at the highest standards.
