The Prolight + Sound will present products and services in the areas of event technology, AV production and entertainment from 24th to 27th March 2010. At the same time the Media Systems Prolight + Sound will take place, International Trade Fair and Conference for media technology and system integration. For four days the two fairs will be a vital industry focal point for exhibitors, dealers and distributors, international trade visitors and professionals from all around the world. In 2010, the Prolight + Sound Media Systems Prolight + Sound will present themselves with a completely new floor plan.
Hall occupancy
For the event in 2010 the fairs Prolight + Sound and Media Systems Prolight + Sound will present themselves with a new hall layout. The Audio area in Hall 6.1 will present microphones, portable acoustic irradiation and accessories. Due to the proximity to the halls of the music fair that takes place at the same time, the exhibitors can use the existing synergies perfectly. With this area of Hall 6.1, the Prolight + Sound offers its exhibitors an ideal solution to reach the visitors of the Prolight + Sound, the professional visitors of the music trade fair and consumers alike. Hall 8.0 focuses on the topic of acoustic irradiation products and solutions of the categories personal Sound, Concert Sound, installed sound, and microphones. The Media Systems Prolight + Sound fair has focused its operations in Hall 9.0. Here visitors will find the exhibi-tors in the field of system integration (display, video, lighting, audio, production and broadcasting). In Hall 11, which will be used for the first time for the event in 2010, the area of lighting and stage will find a new presentation area. The trades theatre-, studio-, show- and stage lighting, laser, effects, stage and traverses can be found here.
In addition to stage construction providers, the Concert Sound Arena and the Personal Sound Arena can be as presentation areas for large and small sound systems can be found in the outdoor areas of the two fairs.

The Prolight + Sound and Media Systems Prolight + Sound are the largest international trade fairs for audio, lighting, event technology, media technology and system integration. At the event in 2009 around 850 exhibitors from 42 countries presented their products and services to approximately 34,000 visitors. The international music trade fair takes place at the same time and provides an ideal supplement. Visitors of the Prolight + Sound and Media Systems Prolight + Sound have free access to the Music trade fair. The admission price also includes travels on the public transport (2nd Class) within the scope of the Rhine-Main Transport Association (RMV). Tickets can be purchased directly through the online ticketing and can then be printed on a PC.
