For the first time this year, technical assistants (DPVT) were on-site at the gamescom, who had been booked by artlogics’ long-time customers Sollik.
Instead of ordinary helpers, a smaller number of technical assistants are used, so the work could be done faster and more effective than planned. Both the production manager on site, Michael Sasse, as well as CEO Andrew Sollik were satisfied: “Trained staff works more independently and is more reliable. With our technical assistants, our production has gained in terms of safety”.
During the three-day training course to become a technical assistant legal and insurance issues as well as the organization of the events industry are covered, as well as giving information about topics such as work safety and productions. A further topic is also the risk assessment and the related instructions, which was conceived by Artlogic and is taught to all persons in the artlogic crewpool.
At the end of the course there is an audit conducted by the DPVT. The artlogic Crewpool will offer these professionals to clients in the event industry. Other courses in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Hannover are to follow.
