Ungerboeck Systems International GmbH creates additional position in customer service

With effect from 01.01.2010 Lucie Heymann assumes the position of Director of Professional Services EMEA at the event-management software maker Ungerboeck Systems International GmbH

This position was created as part of a realignment of corporate structures to further enhance the customer services area. In addition to the training and implementation department Lucie Heymann will also be responsible for the area of customer support. Thus, the customer services area has been combined in a central position to be able to serve all customers of the software manufacturer from a single source.
