Despite the ash cloud over Europe and the resulting flight cancellations, more than 65% of all registered participants took part in this year's USI User Conference from 18th to 21st April at the Geneva Palexpo. Customers from all over Europe and the Middle East took longer journeys by car, train or ferry into account to be present at the conference. On all three event days a wide range of subject-specific and future-oriented lectures in German, English and French as well as many opportunities to exchange ideas with peers and USI Consultants took place for the customers.
 
Featured agenda items were the new features, modules and software enhancements in v20, the browser-based version of Ungerboeck software. The new e-mail marketing module for example allows you to send personalized and targeted e-mails and also allows the evaluation of marketing campaigns (Measurement of the click-through rate, etc.). Customers were also enthusiastic about the mobile CRM module that makes it possible to call up and process customer information such as contact information or reminders using a mobile phone when out of office. On the subject of website design, Ungerboeck introduced its content management module, which makes Website creation without HTML knowledge and search engine optimization possible.
