The EVVC represents about 700 event centres of all kinds and sizes in Germany and Europe.
Event organisers and supply companies supplement the association’s broad range, thus making the EVVC the most versatile communications network within the sector.

HOCHTIEF Solutions AG:

Conference Centre Herrenhausen Castle,
Hannover, Working group I

From January 2013, HOCHTIEF Solutions will manage and promote Herrenhausen Castle in Hannover as an event centre. The company signed a ten-year tenancy agreement with the IVA KG, a real estate investment agency of VolkswagenStiftung. The Guelph summer residence had been destroyed during World War II, and the IVA KG rebuilt it according to original plans in neo-classical style. The inside of the main building was renovated to become a modern meeting centre. Herrenhausen Castle is available for conferences, congresses, seminars, receptions and balls. The VolkswagenStiftung has already scheduled a number of scientific events.

Theatre and Philharmonie Essen,
Essen, Working group II

Seit dem 01. November 2012 verstärkt Steve Hamann das Vertriebsteam der Shure Distribution GmbH als neuer Sales Manager für die Region Nord/Nord-West Deutschland. In dieser Rolle zeichnet Hamann unter anderem für den Vertrieb des gesamten Markenportfolios bei Shure Distribution verantwortlich, das neben Shure auch Produkte von QSC Audio, Danish Interpretaion Systems, Radial, Primacoustic, Countryman und Winradio umfasst.

Die Umstellung auf feste Mitarbeiter ist bei der artlogic GmbH auch am Berliner Büro nicht spurlos vorbeigegangen. Alte Strukturen wurden aufgebrochen und neue Weichen für das motivierte Team mit Mediengestalter Ferhat Uestebay, Kauffrau Maria Abrams und dem erfahrenen artlogic Crewleiter Lieven Gohl gestellt. Nun wird strikt nach dem artlogic Qualitätsmanagement und dem neu
eingeführten Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem (ASM) gearbeitet.

Petra Roser to become new General Manager in Reutlingen

The 52-year old from Waibling, who has managed the Forum am Schlosspark in Ludwigsburg since 2007, will run the Stadthalle Reutlingen from January 1, 2013. She will succeed Klaus Krumrey who currently runs the organisation as interim manager, ever since Volker Schmidtkes left the company.
