Key responsibilities:
Development of live, hybrid and virtual event concepts along the full live-cycle
Planning, organization, and execution of national and international events (conferences, workshops, etc.) including invitation management, time, and resource planning
Logistics management, including the briefing and the coordination of service providers and stakeholders
Contract negotiations, budgeting, and budget review
Execution of sponsorships of conferences
Set-up and coordination of project teams for specific events
Integration of marketing and communication issues
General research and administrative duties

Anforderungen:
What we expect:
University degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, events or communications
Sufficient amount of professional experience in event marketing
Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
Excellent organizational skills, ability to perform under stress and perseverance to cope with difficult situations
Creativity and flexibility in finding adequate solutions for the challenging environment of emerging markets, where some of the events take place
Sound knowledge on event safety and legal/regulatory requirements for event management (e.g., public liability insurance, GDPR)
Flexibility and communication talent to operate in multicultural environments and teams
Self-starter, thinking and acting with an entrepreneurial spirit
